- Monitor, maintain and support all network hardware, software and communication links across the company.
- Plan network technology roadmaps and configure / optimize network services internally and those integrated with internet-based services.
- Administer systems and servers related to the network for the purpose of ensuring availability of services to authorized users.
- Direct the installation and configuration of networks across the company and its entities.
- Highlight problems that arise with computer networks and systems, and propose resolutions.
