We are seeking experienced and high-performing Managers to join a dynamic strategy consulting team based in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of strategic transformation, advising top-tier clients across multiple sectors and industries.
In this role, you will lead consulting engagements, collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders, and deliver actionable strategies that drive measurable impact. You'll also mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth and thought leadership of the practice.
Lead and manage client engagements across a range of industries including:
Private Equity: Due diligence, portfolio strategy, and value creation
Digital & Analytics: Digital transformation, data strategy, and advanced analytics implementation
Financial Services: Banking, insurance, payments, and fintech innovation
Telecommunications: Market strategy, infrastructure modernization, and customer experience
Consumer Goods & Retail: Omnichannel, customer strategy, operational excellence
Aerospace & Defense, Mobility,Industry 4.0: Sector strategy, innovation, supply chain transformation
Design and oversee complex problem-solving approaches to develop high-impact recommendations
Manage workstreams and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Guide junior team members and support their professional development
- Contribute to business development efforts through proposals, client pitches, and IP development
5-8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting
Strong project experience in at least two of the focus sectors listed above
Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage teams
Analytical, structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree from a leading institution; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
