ResponsibilitiesLead Energy, Utilities, Resources and Infrastructures transactions.
Perform commercial due diligences (infra and industry sector).
Advise Utilities, investment firms on asset portfolio developments.
Advise clients on M&A in Utilities, Resources and Infrastructure.
Lead PPP advisory / O&M asset management mandates
Develop and review business models, market studies, issue project reports & other documentation as per requirements of a mandate.
Conduct operational and financial analysis for companies in energy water infra sector transition / transformation.
Qualifications- Demonstrable insights in due diligence projects, transactions, PPP development related to energy or water transactions (hydrogen, renewable energies, thermal power, desalination, and / or other infrastructure developments).
- Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to act independently.
- At least 6-8 years of working experience in PPP advisory, transaction, commercial due diligence, M&A, management consultancy investment funds, investment advisory, with an established reputation and network in multiple sectors, preferably in the Middle East.
