The role focuses on leading the Authority's business transformation projects by overseeing the implementation of transformation plans, ensuring effective segregation of business activities, governing the relationship with spin off companies to enhance financial sustainability and support the Authority's strategic objectives. The Director ensures compliance with concession agreements, leads transformation processes, manages specialized consultants, supports team development, prepares progress reports and performance evaluations, reviews policies, represents the Authority on committees, and coordinates with stakeholders.

The Director leads commercial transformation projects across RTA, ensures achievement of strategic objectives, develops revenue diversification, prepares and updates the executive plan, directs teams and consultants, manages concession agreements, oversees relationships, monitors performance reports, monitors implementation of concession terms, implements governance controls, leads projects with government authorities, provides advice, oversees budget and initiatives, updates policies, and ensures compliance with RTA standards.

• Leading commercial transformation projects across RTA, ensuring the achievement of the Authority's strategic objectives and the development and diversification of revenues.
• Leading and supervising the preparation and updating of the executive plan for commercial transformation in line with the investment strategy, ensuring its implementation within the specified timelines.
• Leading and directing teams and consultants specialized in transformation projects, monitoring the quality and outcomes of their work in accordance with the Authority's requirements and scope of work.
• Leading the preparation and signing of concession agreements with spin off companies, ensuring their alignment with the Authority's strategic objectives.
• Overseeing the management of the institutional relationship with the Authority's spin off companies, and following up on the commitments of both parties in accordance with the agreements.
• Supervising the review of financial and operational performance reports for spin off companies, and providing appropriate recommendations to senior management.
• Overseeing the monitoring of challenges related to the implementation of the terms of concession agreements and proposing appropriate solutions in coordination with relevant departments. Ensure and monitor the implementation of governance controls on the performance of spin off companies, working with technical and control departments to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Lead projects allocated to the Roads and Transport Authority's business transformation, as well as through the process, and work closely with other authorities in the Government of Dubai.
• Provide professional and technical advice to the Director of the Department on specialized issues and activities related to the Department's areas of expertise.
• Lead and oversee the preparation of the Department's budget, projects, and initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation and updating of relevant policies, manuals, and processes that support the Department's work.
• Ensure compliance with RTA's quality standards and requirements, RTA policies, and its relationship with strategic projects, and implement government and RTA policies and relevant laws.

Education

# Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or equivalent from a recognized university. 14 years of working experience in related field.
