- Assist in managing governance frameworks and project performance tracking for active property developments.
- Coordinate project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reports for leadership review.
- Support procurement processes, documentation, and vendor management activities.
- Monitor project delivery status, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as required.
- Prepare dashboards and updates summarizing financial and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with MD Office standards and policies.
- Assist in implementing process improvements that strengthen delivery and reporting quality.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, construction, or real estate development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of governance, procurement, and capital project reporting processes.
- Experience with dashboards, data tracking, and reporting tools (PowerBI, Excel).
- PMP or equivalent certification advantageous.
