- CA/CPA qualification with a Degree in Commerce, Law, or Accounting.
- Over 5 years' experience in Business Services, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring roles.
- Strong project management skills and a goal-oriented approach.

- Provide exceptional service and guidance to clients and junior team members.
- Proactively manage clients' annual compliance obligations and address current and future challenges.
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors to oversee workflow and team performance.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering value-added services.
- Supervise, develop, and support junior team members.
- Prepare income tax returns and financial statements for various entities.
- Conduct business advisory work, financial modeling, and handle complex tax matters.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding queries.
- Attend to fringe benefits tax, tax planning, payroll assistance, and other business services.
- Advise clients on business operations, regulatory matters, restructures, accounting system implementation, estate planning, and succession planning.
