As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for Manager - Business Development in our Build to Sell team with Al Ghurair Development. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
What you'll do?- Develop and execute a broker engagement strategy aligned with the company's sales and marketing road map.
- Identify and evaluate new international markets and broker networks to support global expansion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for new developments and launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of incentive schemes and partnership models that drive broker loyalty and performance.
- Source, onboard, and train new brokers and agents, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for broker communications, updates, and support.
- Organize and lead regular broker briefings, site tours, and product knowledge sessions.
- Track broker performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM, finance) to ensure seamless execution of broker-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of broker agreements, commissions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to luxury or mixed-use developments.
- Experience working with cross-border sales teams and multilingual broker networks.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and lead generation platforms tailored to real estate.
