The Manager - Accounts and Finance is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and leading a team of finance professionals. This position demands an expert in financial management and strategic decision making, capable of guiding the company's financial processes to enhance profitability and ensure long term sustainability. As a leader in the finance department, the Manager plays a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures for strategic planning.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations at all levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure their accuracy and compliance.
• Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors and regulatory agents.
• Manage the organization's budget process, including forecasting, allocation, and monitoring.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to support financial decision-making and budget control.
• Monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and optimize the capital expenditure process.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, and financial risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, both at local and international levels.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including budgeting and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex finance related ideas clearly.
