Indian Manager in Dubai
As an Indian Manager in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and staff of a company or organization. Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations in Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Oversee the work of employees and provide guidance and support as needed
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial planning for the company
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify areas for improvement within the organization and implement solutions
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth
Salary: The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time job with standard working hours from Sunday to Thursday.
English Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi is required for this position. Knowledge of English is also preferred.
