Assistant Manager - Contract position based in El-Ain. Salary: 1400 USD per month, with potential for growth within the company. Visa sponsorship available for the duration of the contract. We welcome individuals from all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani nationals fluent in English.
Responsibilities- Assist the manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Manage and train staff members.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing employee attendance.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prior managerial experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality will be given priority.
