The Regional HR Head oversees all HR functions within the region, driving strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, metrics, and cross functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Strategic HR Planning - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Talent Acquisition - Lead recruitment, sourcing, screening, and selection for the region.
- Employee Relations - Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues to enhance engagement.
- Performance Management - Design and execute performance systems, evaluations, and goal setting.
- Training and Development - Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and support career development.
- HR Compliance - Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- HR Metrics and Reporting - Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports, and inform decision making.
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals.
- Postgraduate or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 12+ years of HR leadership experience in e commerce, retail, FMCG, logistics, or SCM.
- In depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Adaptability to a fast paced, dynamic environment and changing priorities.
