Your opportunity Full-Time - Castle Hill Location - Monday to Friday (May include occasional weekend work) As our Maintenance Supervisor , you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across our Castle Hill Villages. You'll ensure facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained, while leading by example and supporting a culture of excellence, safety and respect.With integrity and dedication, you will: Oversee reactive and preventative maintenance programs to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Coordinate contractors and maintenance staff, managing workflows and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Carry out maintenance tasks and inspections to keep buildings, equipment and grounds in top condition. Monitor safety practices and compliance with WHS standards and Anglicare's Contractor Handbook. Maintain accurate records and stock levels, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained. Build positive relationships with residents, demonstrating empathy, respect and professionalism. Support a values-driven workplace that promotes teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll bring You are a hands-on professional who takes pride in creating well-maintained environments that enhance residents' wellbeing. You work safely, communicate clearly and lead with integrity, care and attention to detail.You will also need: Certificate in building, maintenance or a related discipline (preferred). WHS General Construction White Card. Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Current NSW Driver's Licence. Basic knowledge of plant and equipment used in the building industry.Ideally, you will also have: Experience supervising maintenance operations or contractors in aged care or similar settings. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
