Knauf Greece, is actively seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Plant in Thessaloniki,reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and manage the maintenance team while ensuring safety in the area of responsibility.
- Plan and implement the daily maintenance schedule.
- Prepare and supervise maintenance activities.
- Develop and execute improvement projects and plant modifications.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate related purchase orders.
- Oversee, coordinate, and develop the skills and performance of the maintenance team.
- Collaborate closely with the plant management team to achieve operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, electrical devices, and PLC programming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
- Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
