Charter Aarrowcast is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in the molding department. We are a leading supplier of innovative cast metal solutions. We produce ductile and gray iron castings for a wide range of industries, including government and defense, agriculture, heavy truck equipment, and industrial components like pumps, valves, and compressors.

What you'll do:

As a Molding Operator you will operate the various molding machines and set cores while maximizing utilization of department equipment. Assemble and prepare sand molds for pouring. Inspect and prepare all patterns. Coordinate and communicate with melt and molding lines. Responsible for own safety and the safety of others in the area.

What you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED (we can help through the GEDWorks program).

• Prior experience working with industrial manufacturing environments.

• Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple calculations).

• Can communicate clearly with team members.

• A team player who works well with others.

• Can follow directions and also help guide others when needed.

• Good at solving simple problems on the job.

• Can lift up to 60 lbs
