About the Client:
A leading logistics and supply chain organization in Dubai
Job Description:
- Lead design and execution of integration strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements during transition phases.
- Harmonize business processes, KPIs, and operating procedures between merging entities.
- Champion cultural alignment by facilitating communication, engagement sessions, and leadership onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Must be bachelor's degree at least in Business or related course
- At least 8 years total experience in M&A integration
- Should have related experience in logistics/supply chain/transportation industries/ The Big 4 with logistics' client experience
- Expert in post-merger integration programs across multi-country operations is preferred
