Job Description

The Logistics Executive helps maintain our high standards of service by driving innovation and execution in our busy last mile network. The role supports operations and program teams with complex investigations, proactive problem solving, and orchestration of operational callouts to minimize business risk while upholding Amazon's quality bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on ground support to Ops and Program teams, driving resolution of operational callouts.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring business objectives are met.
• Support back end Program teams by gathering insights and enhancing program lifecycle, ensuring Amazon standards and partner experience.
• Manage end to end payment processes, raise POs, and ensure on time payments per SLAs.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing end to end payment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• 2+ years experience in investigations, root cause analysis, and tracking process initiatives.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail.
• UAE national with family book.

Preferred Qualifications

The right candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, great sense of ownership, leads by example, and has subject matter expertise in operations processes.
