Key Responsibilities 
- Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping costs and routes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for logistics inquiries from clients and internal departments.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to address any logistical issues.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
