Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a growing legal team at a Portland-based law firm. This role is ideal for a dependable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-focused environment. It's a great opportunity for someone with solid litigation experience who enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and care
  • Conduct initial intake and screening of potential new clients
  • Open and maintain physical and digital case files
  • Coordinate the collection, review, and organization of medical records
  • Draft legal documents, including demand letters and pleadings
  • Maintain attorney calendars and schedule appointments, deadlines, and hearing

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Oregon state and local civil procedures, including filing requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially in phone-based client interactions
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal case management software (Filevine experience is a plus)
  • Understanding of insurance claims processes and litigation workflows is a bonus
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
