Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a growing legal team at a Portland-based law firm. This role is ideal for a dependable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-focused environment. Responsibilities: - Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Conduct initial intake and screening of potential new clients
- Open and maintain physical and digital case files
- Coordinate the collection, review, and organization of medical records
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters and pleadings
- Maintain attorney calendars and schedule appointments, deadlines, and hearing
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Oregon state and local civil procedures, including filing requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially in phone-based client interactions
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal case management software (Filevine experience is a plus)
- Understanding of insurance claims processes and litigation workflows is a bonus
- Spanish language skills are a plus
