A globally recognized law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join their team in downtown Houston. You'll work alongside top-tier attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters for high-profile, industry-leading clients-contributing to cases that shape the business and legal landscape. We're looking for someone who's tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and thrives under pressure-especially when it comes to trial prep and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation-from case initiation to trial
- Manage large-scale litigation logistics, including war room setup and vendor coordination
- Draft and respond to discovery, organize document productions, and prepare court filings
- Attend trials and arbitrations, ensuring no detail is overlooked
- Mentor junior paralegals and collaborate across offices
- Use tools like Relativity, Excel, and Adobe to manage eDiscovery and case data
Requirements:
- 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
- AM Law firm background strongly preferred
- Proven trial prep and attendance experience
- Expertise in eDiscovery platforms (especially Relativity)
- Bachelor's degree required
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
- Billable hour target of 1,600
