Job Title: Litigation Administrative Assistant
Location: Bellevue, WA (On-site)
Temp-to-hire

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000/year

Our client is seeking a full-time, on-site Litigation Administrative Assistant to support its litigation team. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and legal knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Free on-site parking is available.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation & Management

  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas, etc.)

  • File documents with state, federal, and appellate courts

  • Maintain electronic and physical case files

  • Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness materials

Calendar & Deadline Management

  • Manage litigation calendars, court dates, and critical deadlines

  • Coordinate attorney schedules and track case timelines

Communication

  • Act as a liaison between clients, courts, and external parties

  • Handle calls, emails, and scheduling with professionalism and confidentiality

Case Support

  • Assist with legal research, document organization, and discovery preparation

  • Support trial prep, including exhibits and courtroom tech coordination

Billing & Administrative Tasks

  • Track attorney billable hours and manage client invoicing

  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and client databases

  • Handle client intake and new file setup

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in litigation or legal administrative support is preferred

  • Familiarity with court filing systems and legal software

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per year
