- Source new property listings by building relationships with landlords and developers.
- Accurately upload and maintain property details, images, and documents on CRM systems and property portals.
- Coordinate with photographers and marketing teams to ensure professional property presentations.
- Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong market positioning.
- Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and competitor listings.
- Ensure listings always comply with RERA and company standards.
- Support leasing and sales teams by providing timely, accurate property information.
- Maintain strong communication with landlords regarding listing performance and feedback.
