My client has an opportunity for an experienced PA to provide administrative support in their busy and top-ranking team. This is a varied role, which will involve taking an active interest in client requirements to provide an exceptional business support service to both our lawyers and clients.
Main Responsibiliteis will include:
- Playing a key role in the care of our clients
- All aspects of complex diary management
- Taking internal and external telephone queries and responding.
- Managing all incoming post and emails
- Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms, organising refreshments and liaising with internal and external attendees
- Assisting with the billing and credit control process, requesting cheques and bank transfers
- Organising travel arrangements including booking transport and hotels
- Carrying out administrative support such as photocopying, printing, sending letters, organising couriers and data entry
- General filing requirements and record keeping
- Supporting marketing activities such as pitch and presentation preparation
- Liaising with Business Development and Marketing colleagues assisting with arrangements for events and producing marketing material
The Successful Candidate will have:
Previous experience as a PA, ideally this would be within a professional services environment
Great IT skills with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
An ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively
An enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible approach to their work
Be willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
