Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry with its presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman markets. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.
Job Brief The incumbent is accountable for ensuring legal conformity within Zahrawi and assisting in providing legal support to the management on relevant issues.
Responsibilities- Maintain a copy of all new and old Supplier Contracts on the Shared Folder and ensure that all supporting documents are available.
- Update the Shared Folder with all documents that have been translated along with the relevant files.
- Maintain a copy of all Legal files and records and ensure that there are no problems with the files.
- Conduct Legal research as and when required by the management.
- Maintain a record of all Due Diligence with the supporting documents.
- Assist with submitting all completed Due Diligence to the relevant team with all supporting documents attached.
- Liaise with law firms on cases.
- Take minutes of the meeting when requested.
- Undertake other responsibilities as required by the line manager, in line with the needs of the department.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law preferred
- Experience: 1+ years of experience
- Job Specific Skills: Legal administration, Organization & Management, Legal research and analysis
- Candidate should be based in the UAE
