We have an excellent opportunity to join our client within the financial services sector, who are a growing international broker. The successful candidate will join the team as a Legal Counsel and focus on corporate matters based out of their Dubai HQ, working closely with the CLO and Legal Directors.
Responsibilities- Provide legal and regulatory support across brokerage and corporate matters, covering client agreements, licensing, compliance, and cross-border operations.
- Advise on transactions, group structuring, and governance while managing complex commercial contracts.
- At least 4 years' experience coming from a leading international law firm or significant in-house entity in the UAE.
- Ideally within the financial services sector.
- Prior experience with a CFD brokerage.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
Location: Dubai.
RemunerationRemuneration: £95,000 - £115,000 tax free + benefits.
