Legal Counsel Key Responsibilities 
- Providing legal review and advice on contracts mainly related but not limited to business development, goods trading, services, and employment
- Providing legal research, analysis and advice on business activities and related legal issues
- Gathering, analysing, and disseminating relevant legal information / updates in the Middle East & Africa
- Strengthening relationships with external legal experts such as law firms
- Collaborating with other corporate departments to enhance the efficiency of corporate functions
- 1. Degree in law (min. LLB or JD)
- 2. At least 3 years experience in a law firm as a qualified lawyer (from any jurisdiction)
- 3. Preferably: familiar with English law and / or company engaged in investments and / or international goods trading
