Role OverviewThey're now looking for an experienced Senior Legal Consultant to join their UAE team and play a key role in scaling their presence across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications- Qualified corporate/commercial lawyer from a common law jurisdiction
- 5+ years PQE (with at least 3+ years' UAE experience preferred)
- Strong commercial contracts background, ideally with scaling tech companies
- Track record of building and managing client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast moving environments
- Tech savvy and comfortable using legal tech solutions
- Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
- Experience with fundraising / venture transactions
- Exposure to data protection, IP, consumer law, or digital assets
- Cross border advisory work (Europe / Middle East)
- Work directly with some of the most ambitious founders in the region
