- Manage legal and compliance matters for the EMEA region
- Drive corporate governance and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee compliance programs
- Review and draft contracts and agreements
- Liaise with local counsel on strategic analysis
- Licensed lawyer recognised in UAE
- 8-10 years' experience as a practicing lawyer
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Strong knowledge of UAE and EMEA compliance laws
- Ideal Candidate: Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a positive problem solving approach
