Legal Assistant - El-Fujairah, UAE. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to our legal team and assist with various tasks related to legal matters.
Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and briefs
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the legal team
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters
- Assist in drafting legal correspondence
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
