- Provide a high level of support in all areas of property management
- Beautiful modern office in an enviable office location situated close to cafes, shops, bars and restaurants
- Excellent staff retention and growing team due to ongoing success
- Impressive reviews and feedback from previously placed candidates
- Leasing manager supporting their full rent roll and working alongside their team of property managers and BDM
- Leasing re-lets and new business brought in by the BDM monthly
- Landlord and prospective tenant communication
- Prepare and manage rental listing advertising campaigns
- Oversee application processing - The support team will process the applications
- General assistance to the BDM
- Take home company car and fuel card
- Earn up to $10,000 in bonus on top of your yearly salary $ per property leased
- Career progression into BDM or PM
- The option to WFH up to 2 x days per week
- RDO on birthday - have your birthday off fully paid!

- Previous real estate experience is desired but not essential
- Current PM Registration & drivers license
