Belgrave Heights Christian School (BHCS) is located in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria and is a thriving and vibrant educational institution established in 1983 with over 830 students from Kinder- Year 12.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Learning Support Administrator with strong administrative skills to join our Learning Support team and play a crucial role in our Learning Support Program. Reporting to the Head of Learning Support, this role is a key part of providing families with high-quality and targeted learning support to meet the diverse needs of students in our school community.

This is a part-time role for 3 days per week over 42 weeks of the year plus 4 weeks of paid annual leave, commencing on 1 December 2025 for a detailed handover leading into the 2026 school year.

It is essential that the successful applicant have, or be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment - being able to multitask and work with tight deadlines
  • Be experienced and proficient at Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Actively support and adhere to the School's vision, mission and ethos.
  • Have, or be willing to obtain, a current Victorian Working with Children Check.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience with Synergetic Student Management System or similar
  • Previous administration experience in a School or similar environment
