Foster partnerships with children, young people, and their families to ensure full engagement in the learning process.
Requirements:

Passion for working with children and young people with SEND.

Empathy, understanding, and tenacity to address diverse learning needs.

Ability to develop and implement individualised learning strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
