- Work with OpEx Manager, Quality Team and Leadership Team to implement a corporate training strategy that is aligned with quality standards and performance goals
- Assist with the creation and uploading of training courses in Redzone/Alchemy
- Assist with scheduling and tracking employee training via Redzone/Alchemy
- Develop and maintain electronic folders for training documentation for site employees
- Assist with preparing and organizing documentation for site audits
- Filing of training documentation
- Front desk activities - answering door, greeting guests, receiving packages, etc.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with site management and employees to help facilitate support of Tandem's training program
- Assist with planning and preparing for all training events
- Develop and deliver training reports and provide OpEx Manager with required information to create corporate level reports
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma required
- 0-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through skills
- Proven ability to leverage technology to improve performance
- Proficiency in computer programs including Outlook and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
