We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Learning & Development Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with department heads to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
- Developing learning paths and programs aligned with career growth frameworks.
- Managing internal and external training initiatives.
- Facilitating e-learning and digital training solutions.
- Evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments and dashboards.
- Driving succession planning and talent pipeline developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or similar
- 8-10+ years of experience, specialized in Learning and Development
- Experienced with modern learning platforms and digital tools
- Exceptional communication skills
Due support of Emiratization, only nationals will be considered.
