Job Purpose: Responsible for the delivery of User Experience and Design framework across Consumer Digital Channels, applying best-practice user experience and design thinking. Responsible for design thinking, service design, user experience and interface design across all digital platforms.

Responsible for building and leading a talented team of UX designers and embedding design thinking across all digital delivery. Must have an inquisitive and logical approach while staying up-to-date with the latest digital techniques. Leverage market and customer insights to shape the digital experience across the bank's channels.

Specialist experience in the following platforms and activities is critical:

• 10+ years' experience in managing user experience and design in a digital environment
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Experience in implementing design systems and leveraging best-practice tools including Sketch and Figma
• Strong liaison experience with design agencies
• Digital savvy with working understanding/experience in Agile including strategy, requirements definition, design, usability, content development, web development, and QA

• Passion for Digital User Experience and User Interface Design
• Execution-centric with a passion for outstanding deliverables
• 5+ years experience in managing digital customer experience and design
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Strong liaison experience with development agencies
• Web savvy with working understanding/experience in Agile including strategy, requirements definition, design, usability, content development, web development, and QA
