Overview

Lead Performance Management Specialist - NAWAH (ENEC Operations), Headquarters, Abu Dhabi. Posting Date: 11 Oct 2025. Requisition ID: 2832. Role focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Performance Management Framework across corporate and station activities.

Responsibilities
  • Review the performance of the Performance Management Framework and recommend priority improvement plans.
  • Lead staff to ensure consistency and accuracy of performance measurement.
  • Create and maintain governance of performance management, including KPI creation, modification, and elimination procedures.
  • Maintain KPI profile sheets for operational and corporate KPIs for ENEC, Nawah, and BOC.
  • Collaborate with NPI to keep operational KPIs updated and follow procedures.
  • Share performance-related results with stakeholders including SPME, ADQ, and BoD.
  • Update Nawah Objectives KPIs and targets annually with Objective Owners/Sponsors.
  • Monitor progress of Nawah Objectives KPIs and report quarterly to the Nawah Executive Team during Performance Review meetings.
  • Implement performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis frameworks and tools to assure accurate measurement of near and long term objectives.
  • Implement change controls to keep dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs current under appropriate governance.
  • Periodically review performance management procedures and related documents.
  • Consolidate Nawah Board of Directors material quarterly and provide information for performance meetings.
  • Consolidate Nawah CEO Dashboard and provide periodic review of yearly priorities, Nawah Objectives, and KPIs.
  • Consolidate, align, monitor, and report the performance scorecards within the Nawah Executive Team.
  • Facilitate and conduct quarterly Net Performance Review meetings.
  • Monitor corrective actions for underperforming KPIs.
  • Conduct required pre job briefs, communications, and presentations with the C Level across Nawah.
  • Report strategic KPIs to ENEC SPME / ADQ monthly and fulfill ad hoc requests.
  • Manage and monitor reporting of Nawah Monthly Report and assure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, or similar.
  • 6 to 7 years of relevant experience.
