We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with a strong civil engineering background and expertise in landscape modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate BIM workflows for landscape, hardscape, softscape, and water features
  • Manage clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific protocols
  • Facilitate coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure model accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely updates
  • Train and support team members on BIM tools and processes
  • Integrate BIM data with project scheduling and cost estimation tools (4D/5D)
  • Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
Required Skills & Software
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Revizto
  • Strong understanding of landscape architecture
  • Experience in clash detection, coordination, and model management
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience in civil or landscape projects

  • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
