• Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Create and manage knowledge repositories, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user friendly
• Assess knowledge flow within the organization and identify gaps to enhance knowledge sharing
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration to capture and disseminate critical knowledge
• Lead training and capacity building initiatives to foster a knowledge sharing culture among employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and recommend improvements
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4 6 years of experience in knowledge management or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful knowledge management initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks in knowledge management is a plus
