Position Overview:
The Kitchen Hand supports the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. This role ensures chefs can focus on cooking by keeping the BOH running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing, rubbish removal, and daily cleaning.
- Keep BOH, storerooms, and delivery areas organised.
- Assist chefs with basic prep tasks.
- Maintain hygiene and WHS compliance at all times.
- Support team during service with a proactive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Committed to hygiene and safety standards.
- Positive and respectful under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to assist across BOH.
- Eager to contribute to team success.
