SummaryYou will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. The Kitchen Technician assists in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.
Qualifications- Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Kitchen Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
