Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will take charge of managing 6-10 national accounts, strategically nurturing relationships and expanding their referral network. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong connections with key partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to refer business to the company. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth trajectory and play a pivotal role in the business's success.


  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners to drive referral business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services to partners.
  • Regularly analyse market trends and competition to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of account status and growth initiatives.
  • Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.


  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the services industry.
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and driving growth through partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while staying aligned with company goals.
  • Willingness to travel nationally to meet with partners and attend events.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
