We are seeking a diligent and detail oriented Junior Quality Controller to join our team and ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring the production processes and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. As a Junior Quality Controller, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the quality of our products, contributing to the enhancement of our operational efficiencies, and supporting the implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the quality management team to identify, document, and resolve quality related issues. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for maintaining standards, and a professional interest in quality management practices.

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, products, and equipment to guarantee quality compliance.
• Document and report all quality related issues to the senior quality management team.
• Participate in the analysis of quality assurance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the troubleshooting of quality concerns and assist in the resolution process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records related to quality inspection outcomes.
• Ensure products meet company and industry standards by conducting rigorous tests.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures effectively.
• Assist in training production staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to the preparation of quality documentation and reports for management review.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging standards in quality control.

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance or control role is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration purposes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software tools.
