An excellent opportunity has become available to join a high-performing team in one of Sydney's most sought-after real estate markets. Based in Double Bay, this role offers the perfect blend of structure, support, and progression. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands on exposure to quality properties, and stepping into a role that's designed for long-term development.
Responsibilities:- Manage leasing enquiries and conduct open inspections
- Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Process applications and carry out reference checks
- Coordinate pest and building inspections
- Communicate professionally with tenants and landlords
- Assist with new business opportunities (with commission offered)
- Monday to Friday role - Day off during the week - Saturdays only when required
- 8:30am - 5:30pm work hours
- Salary up to $75K + super + new business commissions
- Car and phone allowance included
- Use of Property Tree system
- A well established team with strong internal processes
- Modern, well located office with excellent local amenities
- Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and valid driver's licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional, motivated attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in real estate preferred, but not essential
