My client is a leading, multi-office real estate agency with a strong national presence and award-winning success across Sydney's Eastern Beaches. They're now seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant or Junior Property Manager ready to take the next step - managing their own small, tidy portfolio of just 100 properties!

- Manage your own clean portfolio of 100 properties
- Conduct open homes and routine inspections
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Prepare ingoing and outgoing reports
- General administration and property management duties
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Own car and valid driver's licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Come with at least one year Real Estate experience
- A self motivated, positive team player with initiative
- Ability to think outside the box and deliver outstanding client service
