About the RoleYou will begin with managing a very small and well organised portfolio of up to 50 properties based in the southern suburbs with leasing, admin support and hands on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service.
The Duties- Listing & advertisement of properties
- Open inspections & private viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
- Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
- Ingoing's, routine and final inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- PM license is essential
- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service
- Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
