About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives in retail operations, technology, and marketing. This role focuses on program enablement, project updates across multiple domains, and ensuring smooth execution of customer-facing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timelines, scope, and budgets for multiple projects.
- Coordinate updates for Retail ERP systems, POS providers, and flyer/vendor management.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps, project plans, and status reports.
- Collaborate with functional leads in Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Category Management.
- Support change management and program enablement activities.
- Communicate effectively with national management teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1+ year of project management experience (preferably in retail operations).
- Experience as a Project Coordinator on 2-3 projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple domains.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- PMP certification (or in progress).
- Experience with loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and Retail ERP platforms.
- Vendor management experience.
