We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals, including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations.
Responsibilities- Assist in drafting and reviewing procurement, vendor, and services agreements.
- Support bid reviews, tenders, and RFP processes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Work with senior counsel to support contract management and governance requirements.
- Provide practical legal input into procurement and supply chain processes.
- UK, US, or Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1-3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
- Early career exposure to commercial contracts or procurement in a law firm or in-house environment.
- Strong legal drafting skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Proactive and commercially minded approach, able to contribute effectively under the guidance of senior counsel.
Salary: AED 30K-35K per month.
