This is a full time on site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves structuring and implementing appropriate facility management solutions, providing maintenance support, and ensuring efficient operation of various services such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and cleaning. The role also requires identifying and resolving issues promptly, adhering to planned maintenance schedules, and applying innovative techniques to enhance service delivery.

• Proficient in facility management, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and cleaning services.
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to address one time maintenance issues and identify efficient solutions.
• Experience in providing hospitality services and pest control management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage planned maintenance regimes effectively.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in similar roles.
