A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Sr. Operator II, Petrochemicals to join its operations in KSA. If you have strong experience in operating and monitoring complicated equipment in the petrochemical industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and control complicated equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations across all process areas.
- Conduct safety briefings to ensure operational safety and address unsafe/safe acts promptly.
- Prepare and communicate shift reports to supervisors regarding process status.
- Troubleshoot normal and complex operational issues.
- Guide and train junior operators to ensure proper practices are implemented.
- Oversee critical equipment operations and assist in production and maintenance processes.
- Deputize for supervisors and provide operational guidance to less experienced team members.
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 0-2 years with a Degree.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience with a Diploma (desirable).
Skills and Competencies:
- Critical Thinking and Decision Making.
- Proficiency in operational processes and plant operations.
- Scheduling and planning for production activities.
- Strong technical knowledge in safety, communication, and troubleshooting.
- Operators: Basic Salary: SR 4,000 SR 7,000.
Note: Salary may increase for skilled and relevant candidates.
