Assist in managing the staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to foster a high-performing team. Ensure timely response to client inquiries and take appropriate measures to resolve service issues without delay. Coordinate, manage, and supervise daily janitorial activities to ensure high-quality cleaning services are provided to clients. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with clients and other suppliers regarding services provided and oversee contracts.
