As an IT Teacher, you will:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality IT lessons tailored to the specific needs of SEN students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Develop individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to ensure the holistic development of students.
- Promote digital literacy and IT skills among students to enhance their future opportunities.
As an IT Teacher, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
- Specialised knowledge and experience in teaching IT.
- Understanding of SEN and experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
